Nice quiet space not far from main locations Very pleasant host, quiet place at night, 1 min on a scooter or 7 min walking to the Weligama central location, parking space for scooters.️
Комфорт в гармонии с природой Отличная просторная вилла. На достаточном расстоянии от шумных дорог. Чувствуется слияние с природой - по крыше бегают обезьяны, а в окна заглядывают павлины😊. До основного серф спота 10-15 минут пешком. Отличная скорость WiFi. Удобные кровати с твёрдыми матрасами. Все белье было чистое и свежее. В душе есть подогрев воды и насос для хорошего напора. Кондиционеры в двух комнатах. В одной из них еще и потолочный вентилятор + дополнительно 2 напольных вентилятора. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда, можно готовить на газовой плите. Также есть блендер и что-то вроде пароварки, но мы ими не пользовались. Стиральная машина была важным критерием выбора для нас и она тут есть и хорошо стирает. Есть хороший утюг. Хозяин очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый. Предоставляет комфортный трансфер и строго вовремя, без опозданий👍. Также можно взять скутер напрокат. В следующий раз только сюда 😊.️
Bardzo miłe miejsce. Bardzo serdeczny i uczynny gospodarz. Polecam. Lokalizacja cicha i spokojna. 15 minut pieszo do oceanu. Klimatyzacja w sypialniach. Dom dobrze wyposażony.️
Beautiful spacious house very clean and very pleasant tastefully decorated. Three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with air conditioning, very comfortable bedding. All the necessary equipment. Owner very friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay. Thanks Ranjith ️

Die Villa ist ein Traum! Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und kommen vielleicht irgendwann gerne wieder. Danke an Ranjith und seinen Sohn! ️
Nach dem unkomplizierten CheckIn haben wir uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung und war sehr hochwertig. Die Betten waren super bequem und die Bettwäsche war äußerst angenehm. Der Aussenbereich war sehr gepflegt, wodurch man sich sehr gut entspannen konnte. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr gut unterstützt. Die Internetverbindung ist sehr gut und kann problemlos als CoWorkingSpace genutzt werden. ️

Ich war mit meiner Freundin 5 Tage in der Villa. Das Bett war gemütlich und der Pool genau das Richtige nach einem warmen Tag. Praktisch war auch die elektronische Garagentür, womit wir unser TukTuk direkt vor dem Eingang parken konnten. Da die Villa etwas weiter von den Restaurants und dem Strand liegt, würde ich allen raten ein eigenen Roller oder ähnliches zu buchen. Dafür liegt die Villa schön ruhig und man kann am Pool entspannen. ️
Ich war mit meinen 3 Freunden für 10Tage in der Villa und wir sind einfach nur begeistert! Die Villa ist wunderschön von innen wie auch von aussen. Ranjith ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber und gibt dir auf Anfrage gute Tipps für Aktivität in Weligama oder ausserhalb. Ausserdem hat er uns seine 2 Roller zu einem guten Preis für die 10 Tage ausgeliehen, wovon wir definitiv profitieren konnten! Leider war die Küche nicht wirklich gut ausgestattet. Wir mussten Messer zum schneiden und Schwämme zum Abwaschen selber besorgen. Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! ️
This villa is a peak tropics stay. From the pool, to the modern layout, comfortable furnishing and the open ceiling above the internal garden, this villa is a dream. It is set far enough from the beach that it is private and quiet, but still close enough to walk. We stayed in off peak season (21-27august) The town was quiet, minimal tourists, but weather was great. We had afternoon rain for no more than half an hour for 2 days. We were visited by monkeys and palm squirrels during the stay and were lucky enough to see a small croc in the nearby river. Ranjith and his family were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too hard, even dropping my passport to me in negombo (2.5hrs away) when i left it behind. I cannot recommend this vila enough for value for money or for how wonderful a host Ranjith is ️
We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it was AMAZING! Short walk to lovely restaurants, a shop a lovely cafe and the beach. Ranjith couldn’t have been more helpful with everything. I highly recommend you stay here you won’t regret it ! ️
You will for sure enjoy your stay at the villa! It is a 10 min walk from beach and from supermarket, in a quite neighbourhood. The place is spacious and the pool is cleaned every 2 days. We spent 2 weeks there and we felt like home! ️

Ranjith was a lovely person to speak to from the get go. He proactively reached out to us to provide us with any guidance we would need prior to our visit. He very sweetly offered us an early check in at no cost - which we greatly appreciated. The property itself was pristine and beautiful. The photos do no justice to how spacious and lovely the house is. It is well thought and constructed, and with Ranjith’s prompt responses to our questions we had a lovely stay at Villa River Breeze. The house is tastefully designed and is located at a walkable distance from the beach. We had a very smooth stay and would highly recommend Villa River Breeze. ️
Séjour parfait. Hote hyper disponible et agréable. Maison magnifique, bien entretenue. Et la piscine est un vrai plus, abritée du vent. 10min a pied pour aller à la plage, c’est un vrai luxe. ️
Dear Ranjith, We had a great time at your place. Thanks a lot for your welcome- and friendliness. 5 stars plus for your service, tipps, infos and quick support at all time! Ranjith arranged a tuk tuk rental and transport to our next location for us. We also had our own garage. So we were very flexible to get to all the nice places and restaurants around. It felt like home for one week and we really recommend to stay here when in Weligama! All the best from your german friends 🙏🏼 ️
My friends and I stayed here for a month and it was amazing! It is slightly outside Weligama so it gives you a bit more peace and quiet but still a 10 min walk or 2 min scooter to supermarket, beach and restaurants. The host was incredibly helpful with everything like sorting out scooters for us. He even brought us some sweets for new years! The house is really nice, especially the outside area with pool and outdoor shower. The house is bigger than what it seems like on the pictures. There is an extra toilet outside and an extra bedroom not advertised as it does not have AC. Would definitely stay here again!️
Very beautiful villa, the best in the area for this price. Two comfortable bedrooms and big living room. Beautiful swimming pool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook breakfast yourself, a blender to make smoothies. The very polite owner of the villa is always in touch and ready to help. The pool is cleaned every other day. It is also possible to order a cleaning service. We recommend it and will definitely come back!️
Last year my friend and I stayed at River Breeze Villa twice. Both times we spent there a month. This place has comfort of a hotel and coziness and warmth of a home. There are many nice little corners to relax and work both inside and outside. The Wi-Fi connection is great. You can park a bike or a car in safety as the territory is fenced and there is a rolling gate. You can always enjoy sunbath by the swimming pool in the back yard. The pool is cleaned regularly. There are fans everywhere and each room has an AC in addition. There is a big TV in one of the sitting areas. The kitchen has all you need from a blender to a big fridge. Also you can wash and dry you clothes there. An iron, a hair drier, towels are provided. The villa is behind the river, far from the busy and noisy main roads, so it's quiet there. What makes this place special is the people. Ranjith, the owner, treats you like most welcomed guests. He is very tacktful and respectful, ready to help with whatever you might need. He and his sons come regularly to clean the pool, water the plants, take rubbish away, etc. This family will make your staying at their villa the best experience!️
Spend a month in this amazing place with friends. Everything was perfect the house is super comfortable and contact with the owner goes smoothly. We will definitely come back!️
